Estate Planning Workshops
Foley & Pearson offers two live, virtual workshops each month for prospective clients and as a public service for individuals who want to learn more about estate planning. The workshops, held via videoconference, provide education about the basic tools of estate planning, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. They inform participants about the planning challenges related to probate, guardianship, titling of assets, and estate taxes. Attendees also learn how to avoid common mistakes made in estate planning. Finally, attendees are introduced to the Foley & Pearson estate planning process, and have the opportunity to ask questions.
These no-cost, no-obligation workshops are part of our commitment to educate our clients and anyone else who wants to learn more about estate planning. We welcome and encourage your participation.
Workshops are held on Wednesday evenings, starting promptly at 6:00 p.m. The workshops last approximately an hour and a half. Log-in instructions will be sent via email the day before the workshop. To register for a workshop, click the link for the date of the workshop you would like to attend and follow the prompts.
